Technology is a useful servant, but a dangerous master. "Technology is a useful servant, but a dangerous master," Norwegian diplomat Christian Luis Lange said in his 1921 Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech on technological advances in the 20th century. But he warned that technology could evolve and become out of control. Lange's prediction came true 95 years later when technology caught the attention of those around it and turn humans into technology's servants. This severely undermines the relationship between the masses and nature, and people are more concerned about the quality of technology than the health of nature and surroundings. There is no denying that technology is a very useful servant to human beings as long as we are in control of it. As we can see today, the rapid development of technology in the field of medicine and health has helped mankind a lot. The introduction of new inventions such as robotic surgery, wireless brain sensors, 3-D printing, and artificial organs could help us to diagnose and treat diseases. The diseases that were difficult to treat and diagnose are effectively diagnosed and treated with the help of technology. For example, Scientists have been able to create artificial such as blood vessels, synthetic ovaries, and even a pancreas. These artificial organs then grow within the patient’s body to replace the original faulty one. The ability to supply artificial organs that are not rejected by the body’s immune system could be revolutionary, saving millions of patients that depend on life-saving transplants every year. In addition, the development of industrial technology has also benefited the industry. Humans use engineering and manufacturing technology to make production faster, simpler, and more efficient. The industrial technology field employs creative and technically proficient individuals who can help a company achieve efficient and profitable productivity. With the advent of industrial technology, a company is able to carry out its duties more efficiently. The production rates also increased with the help of machines and robots. The introduction of ecommerce also makes an industrial company get a lot of profit as a result of the addition of clients. Indirectly, the economy of a country is also more developed due to the flow of foreign currency, investment from abroad, and taxes imposed on traders. Technology is a double-edged sword. It has its negative effects too when it becomes master over us. It has engendered hatred, pessimism, and loneliness. The youth were very impressed with it. The new face of the addictive use of technology such as the internet has resulted in severe social and psychological issues for the youth. Spending too much time on electronic devices can affect your mood. In fact, chronic users are more likely to report poor mental health, including symptoms of anxiety and depression. Technology can be more addictive than cigarettes and alcohol. It has a strong draw for a lot of people that leads to

them using it all the time without thinking about it. Try to remember the last time you went a full day without checking any electronic devices. Before the existence of social media, bullying was something that could only be done face to face. However, now people can bully others online as a result of the development of information technology. Victims of cyberbullying will be traumatized to socialize, depressed and in some cases, they decide to commit suicide. Even more frightening, technology is also being developed in the military field. Scientists are hired to study and create a variety of new weapons for use by the military in war or when defending a country. The creation of military equipment such as nuclear weapons, space weapons, stealth aircraft, tomahawk missiles, and drones on a large scale is a very troubling act. I don't want to look back on what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which have claimed the lives of millions of people. Many may not know, but in fact, we have been observed by others over the years. Technological sophistication allows the military to track our location accurately by using satellites to detect electronic chips in our electronic devices. Our devices cameras and microphones may also be hacked by the government and all our activities and conversations may be recorded. This action to some extent reduces the crime rate but it also means we are not free to do things and our privacy is invaded and disrespected. In conclusion, technology is an element that is no longer inseparable from the world today, has gained tremendous importance today. With its help we find information, ideas, knowledge, culture, and philosophy flowing freely from one part of the world to another. It has had a huge impact on our lives. It has both good and bad effects on humans. It is up to us how we use it.it is our responsibility to control the technology and not let the technology control us.
