RODRIGO CORRAL The School of Visual Arts graduate is currently working with Criterion Collection. “I’m really excited about AK 100: 25 Films of Akira Kurosawa. I designed it inside and out,” he says. His favorite place to sample umami (“Flavor of the Month,” page 57) is Umami Burger in Los Angeles. “I love burgers in general,” he adds.
