UNITED AIRLINES EMPLOYEES DELIVER TEDDY BEARS TO KIDS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

THROUGHOUT February and March, United employees have been busy fl ying miles and miles to deliver bear hugs and smiles to kids with cancer.

Late last year, when customers donated at least 7,500 Mileage Plus miles or $50 to the American Cancer Society, United committed to delivering an adorably soft custom-made GUND® teddy bear named Holden Hugyou to children undergoing cancer treatment in cities across the country.

For the past three years, the program has raised more than 125 million Mileage Plus miles and $460,000. The donated miles will provide fl ights to individuals and caregivers who need to travel for treatment, and the money raised helps support the American Cancer Society’s mission.
