Invitation At Raspberry Wood we invite you to come and visit our home, to have a look around and to speak with staff and residents and staff. We are here to answer any questions you may have and to offer whatever support and assistance we can to help in making the transition to our home as
comfortable and convenient as possible. All residents are encouraged to make our home theirs, to personalise their bedrooms, to bring their hobbies and interests with them, to engage with our extensive activities schedule and make suggestions, and to continue with their everyday lifestyles.

Centre Raspberry Wood Nursing Home has been designed and constructed in accordance with HIQA requirements and international best practice for elderly and dementia care. Its development has seen the refurbishment and sensitive adaptation of the Old National School in Ballivor, Co Meath (listed in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH) of Ireland), integrated alongside an architecturally designed, new build extension. Its creation benefits from the combination of the old and the new, through its retention of original high ceilings, timber flooring and clearstory windows, thoughtfully connected with a new and modern wing, promoting natural light, good observation, simple and clear navigation, secure internal courtyards, south facing aspects and an emphasis on views outdoors. Variety of size and styles of communal spaces have been created to offer greatest choice to our residents.
