”ALL THAT HAPPENS MUST BE KNOWN”
–Dave Eggers,
The Circle
adding value in your life
Step into the brave new world of Dave Eggers’ The Circle, this year’s selection for our One Book, One Village community read. What begins as the captivating story of one woman’s ambition and idealism soon becomes a heart-racing novel of suspense, raising questions about memory, surveillance, privacy, democracy and the intrusions of technology in our lives. Celebrating its fourth year, One Book, One Village invites the community to read the same book at the same time and share in the experience through discussions and related programs culminating with a visit by the bestselling author.
