Gables Front- and side gables The front- and side gables are composed of aluminium profiles such as gable plates, gutter edge profiles, vertical aluminium- glazing bars, end bars and horizontal glazing bars. This rubber glazing systems increases the stability of the greenhouse and improves the air tightness. The corners of the greenhouse are covered with aluminium L-profiles.

Roof Roof system is suitable for an aluminium gutter. Standard aluminium roof Venlo type 4.00 m1. The roof is composed of aluminium profiles such as ridges and glazing materials. The supply includes tooth racks for the greenhouse. The driving by 16 reduction motors, 8 for the left hand and 8 for the right hand windows with a worm gear transmission and galvanised supports. The motors are based on a voltage of 230/400V, 3-phase, 50-60 Hz. The motors are provided with built-in emergency stops and limit switches. • Additional electricity equipment, cables, switchboxes are not included. Damage to motors due the faulty connection will be the responsibility of the client.

SCREENING INSTALLATION Screening The screening system area of 60.000 m² consist of:

Wire-system The cloth will slide from truss to truss over a distance of 5.00 mtr. The installations will be horizontally mounted. The profiles will close against the horizontal span trailer and the upper tube of the trellis truss.

Powersupply 6 units Ridder motor RW 1200;

1.10 Kw/2.80 Amp/380 V/50 Hz.

The motors will be supplied with built-in end switches, potentiometer and will be provided with chain couplings on both spindles to avoid wear of the oil sealant. The motors will be mounted on the columns with galvanized motor foundation plates.

Pull cables To obtain a reliable performing installation, with a minimum of maintenance, we have calculated the pull cables as following: - 2 pieces per 8.00 meter. The axle bearing 2” with 4 dust free bearings will be mounted on the truss. The 2" axle) will for every pull cable be provided with 2 steel span clamps, which will be mounted on the axle with three bolts. The span clamps will be used to adjust tension to the pull cables. The circulation wire consists of a stainless steel wire diam 3.0 mm 7 x 7. This wire circulates completely around and there for does not need to be bound. The reverse wheel is a synthetic wheel diam. 100 mm with a dust-protected bearing. To support the lower wire, screen pulleys will be mounted on every third truss. To avoid the deformation of the truss underneath the floating gutter, the axle bearings will be supported with stainless steel cables. The steel wires will be mounted from the axle bearings to the first available leg. To support the end bearings a support profile will be mounted from the first available leg to both ends of the axle bearing at a distance of 20 cm from the droop from which point the support cables will be mounted. This avoids the support cables to get in contact with the drooping cloth.

Gableprofiles Sendzimir profile plates will be mounted on the front gables. Those profiles seal the construction up to the greenhouse girdle. This avoids the cloths from reaching the front gable. The profile plates will be supplied with screen clips for the mounting of support and the gusting wires. The return bearings will be mounted on the profile plates.

Wirebed Every 40 cm polyester cables (=clear cable) are mounted in the length direction of the roof, which will be supported by stainless steel truss clamps on the bottom side of the upper beam of the truss. The cables have a tolerance of +/- 1 cm. To avoid gusting and to form a small package, every 80 cm polyester gusting wires will be mounted and with stainless steel wire supports connected to the aluminium profile. On the bottom of the guide profile plastic cable supports will be mounted every 40 cm. Cloth stoppers of stainless steel will be mounted every 40 cm to avoid the cloth from getting in touch with the ventilation system. Per trellis will be mounted: -

HV Profile As closing profile for an aluminium screen clip profile is used, constructed with a rubber strip. The profiles are coupled to one another with aluminium coupling strips. The cloth is mounted on the profile with stainless steel cloth clips. The pull cables will be mounted to the profile with lowered slip joints (the Sd system). This provides a safe distance between the pull cable and the cloth. With the mounting of the slip joint the shading-energy installation in cover position will be 100% closed.

Shading seal Along the side gables of the upper screen XLS 10 Revolux closing strips will be mounted. These close the installations energy tight.

HEATING INSTALLATION General The central heating installation has been designed according the "Tichelmann" system, meaning the heating water of each loop travels the same distance throughout the system and therefore will encounter the same resistance everywhere in the system. The perimeter heating has to be mounted clear from the gables because of possible future use of foil or screening. All suspension materials for main- and distribution lines are galvanized. The installation will be provided with the necessary air releases, drain-off valves and small materials. The welded tubes Ø 51 mm with a wall thickness of 2,25mm, to be delivered with a guaranteed coldwater pressure test of at least 40 ato. At the place of doors there will be made arches in the lines. The tubes will be delivered according the following standards: - EN 10219 for size. - DIN 17100 for the density. - S235JRG2 for the steel standards.

AUTOMATION AND COMPUTER INSTALLATION ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION Electrical installation Our calculation is based on the following general data: Power supply: 3x 220/400V + or â&#x20AC;&#x201C; 5% Frequency: 50-Hz Dimensions greenhouse, see general lay-out drawing. Important! All electrical systems and equipment will be delivered according Dutch regulations or electricity, named NEN 1010. Not included are the supply of a ground wire and or neutral conductor. All electrical materials used in switch panels are supplied with the "CE" conformity. Our quotation includes all cabling to equipment as described in this item. These cables are of tropical design and of the type YMvK or similar. Only the supply cables from main distribution panel to switch panels are of the type NYCWY. These NYCWY cables should be dug in at a minimum depth of 1 mtr. and have to be laid in a clean rock free sand bed. Any mechanical impact of a shovel or machinery needs to be avoided at any time! Cables coming out of a cable channel and going downwards to equipment, as for example an outlet, will be protected through a hostalit pipe fixed with pipe clips. Loss of voltage on power cables will normally not exceed 10%, starting from main distribution panel to all electrical equipment.

Cable channels For installation of the cabling in a quick and efficient manner, cable channels will be delivered as quoted. Cable channel will be used, where 3 or more cables 230/400V are concentrated. The channel is galvanized and has a material thickness of at least 1mm. Channels shall be supported in a proper way to prevent bending. On places were the channels will be connected with each other, or where channels go in other directions, prefab help pieces will be used. Horizontal channels on a lower level than 1,6 mtr. from soil level will be provided with a cover and cover clamps. Channels will be considered full at 80% capacity. For in the greenhouse we offer you the galvanised cable channels Main distribution panel board (service building area): Excluded from our offer is the main distribution panel and the supply cable from the transformer/ generator to this main distribution panel.

Drain piping For catching and collecting drain water, we offer you a drain water collection system, the system is based on a drain percentage of 50%. Along the gable a PVC collection pipe Ø125mm dug in with slope This pipe work is connected to a polyester drain collection tank. Per bay of 8mtr, 5 pcs, crop gutters connected to the PVC collection pipe with PVC risers diameter 50mm. The drain water collection tanks (4x) 1.500ltr, mounted underground near the pathway complete with PVC overflow with maximum 25mtr. PVC Ø125mm. On the drain collection tank a polyester reinforced lid will be mounted complete with hinge. The drain collection tank provided with a filter pipe, filtration 3 mm, to collect dirt in the drain water.

Drain pumps and return pipe lines For pumping the drain water to the untreated drain water tank, each tank will be provided with a drain water pump LOWARA type SHE. This pump will be located near the drain collection tank. The return pipe 90mm to the untreated drain tank is provided with a flow counter and EC sensor.

SUPERVISION We can help you with installation of the greenhouse equipment with a supervisor, who works 10 hour per day and costs are € 450,- per day. All costs such as airline tickets, visa, transportation, lodging, meals, etc. are excluded from this offer.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: - The contract price does not include labour or materials that are not mentioned specifically in the contract. - The mentioned prices are net, excluding taxes. - All local taxes, import duties, custom charges, etc. are not included. - All government expenses and expenses caused by other parties than Debets-Schalke are not included. - All supplies and activities not particularly mentioned or described in this quotation are not included. - The concrete mortar and reinforcing steel for foundation is not included. - We will deliver the drawings for the foundation plan. - The drawings used for permission are not included. - The prices are calculated with labour- and material costs, transport, etc. of present day. In case of price increases we reserve the right to ourselves to charge you for these increases. - Extra / or less price will be discussed on completion. - After confirmation of a project, it will not be taken into our planning until first down-payment has been received. - This quotation has a validity period of 2 months.
