The foundations are made of concrete blocks (350 kg/m3), under each upright as indicated in the BN greenhouse assembly instructions (client’s supply). The uprights are sealed in concrete.

DESCRIPTION ♦ Cultivation greenhouse

2.1.1 MAIN FEATURES ♦ Screens will be horizontally displayed at beam level ♦ Reinforced gable beam especially adapted for nylon cables fastening. Cloth supported by 2 nylon cables every 0.50 m on average. The cloth support is ensured by anti-lifting cables. 2.1.2 DRIVING SYSTEM ♦ Cloths are driven by rack: A 26 x 34 galvanized steel tube fitted on stainless ball bearings will drive racks. Rilsan bearings will drive the galvanized steel tube ø 27 at trusses crossing. A special piece will connect the galvanized steel tube diam. 27 to: a steel tube ø 19 that will drive the cloths.
2.1.3 CLOTHS ♦ PH 55B polyester and aluminium cloth with reinforcement strips Shading capacity: 55 % High quality cloths made with 1 hem and sewing on each cloth fall. 4.1
INSTALLATION CONSIDERED IN : One plastic multispan greenhouse with double inflated wall. Total heated surface : 10 080 m²
4.2
DESCRIPTION Supply of 28 air blowers with air mixing rate of 2.4 vol/h = 6 vol/h for the whole project with additional air mixing from generators. The air blowers will be suspended under the greenhouse beams with a horizontal or inclined blowing direction according to the ventilation needs. Electrical power and all related connections.

5.1
MAIN FEATURES
Supply of an irrigation system including : - Water storage tank - Pumping and filtration installation - This installation is composed of proportional dispensers allowing the injection of fertilizers - Irrigation with drippers per tomato at 2,5 plants per square meter (6 double raws in each bay of 9,60m) - Foggers. Low pressure spraying system
5.2
WATER STORAGE
Supply and delivery of the necessary material for the construction of water storage tanks in galvanized sheet. Dimensions : - Volume : 160 m3 With the following elements: 1 PVC tarpaulin type LINER of 1 mm with a felt protection installed underside, 40 cm protection on the edges with galvanized steel anchoring eyelets. - A floating anti-algae cover. - 1 galvanized steel outlet for water pumping. 5.3
FILTRATION & PUMPING OF THE INSTALLATION
Installation of 2 pumps to pressurize the installation with an automatic backwash filtration plant. The elements will be fitted with manual insulation valves. Some electrical elements are considered for the proper operating of the installation. Choosing the type of water will be done manually thanks to valves (clear water/recycled water or mix). 5.4
PROPORTIONAL DISPENSERS
Supply of 2 proprotional dispensers with a 20m3/h nominal flow for the injection of 2 fertilizers solutions and 1 acid. They will be assembled in BY-PASS on the installation with manual valves. Supply of tanks for fertilizers and acid with a capacity of 1000 liters. Supply of a EC-pH reader trade mark HANNA or similar for the injection control.

DRIP IRRIGATION DRIP IRRIGATION Irrigation for 4 ha of tomato production. 6 double rows per bay. 2,5 plants per sqm.

DISTRIBUTION IN GREENHOUSES A low pressure air nebulization system are considered for temperature and humidity levels control. From the technical room, supply of PVC irrigation channels with the following hypotheses: - 2 spray booms in polyethylene per 9.60 m span. 5 outlets Fogger. - Distribution by PVC collector in the gable. Nozzles distribute small size droplets: about 70µm, which allow a fast nebulization in the Blocks 1 and 2 atmosphere.

Supply of a power distribution box gathering protection and control devices for ventilation motors, inflating turbine, screens motors, heating equipment, air blowers and watering equipment. 6.1.3
REGULATION
Supply of a weather and irrigation control system allowing to control ventilation, thermal insulation and solar protection, heating, air blowing and watering in 8 areas. Supply of indoors temperature and humidity sensors for each climatic compartment. Supply of the following outdoors sensors: - 1 temperature sensor. - 1 hygrometry sensor - 1 wind sensor 0-360° - 1 anemometer. - 1 rain sensor. - 1 solarimeter.
