ARC GROUP FITNESS
Arc A Diem
Your certified group fitness instructor will lead you through a unique and challenging full-body workout using rowers, indoor cycling bikes and TRX bands.
Body Combat
A high-energy martial artsinspired workout. You'll punch and kick your way to superior fitness and strength. Class is non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion.
Body Pump
Using light to moderate weights with plenty of repetition and a total body workout that burns calories and tones your body, without adding bulky muscles.
Bodypump Express
Body Pump Express is the entire class except for biceps and triceps. Using light to moderate weights with plenty of repetition, you get a total body workout that burns calories quickly. Class also tones and shapes your body without adding bulky muscles.
Boot Camp
This dynamic workout includes interval and/or repetition training using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to improve your balance, strength and sculpt your core. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Resistance bands will be provided for you.
CYCLING / STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Class focuses on cardiovascular training on the bike that is suited for all participants. Plus, we do off-the-bike resistance work to create a strong balanced workout.
HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to improve strength, speed, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This class uses handheld weights and bodyweight exercises for short alternating periods to create intense and explosive anaerobic exercise.
INDOOR CYCLING
Class does cardio challenges and hill climbs that are suited for all participant levels. Each bike has a personalized computer that tracks the number of calories you burn, how far you rode and your pace. Please bring water and a towel to class.
ROW STRONG
Your heart will be pumping and your strength challenged in this low impact, high intensity interval combination of rowing and resistance training for a full body workout.

Tabata Challenge
Class focuses on improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength and balance with 4-minute exercise sequences broken down into intervals. Exercises are performed at 20 second high intensity intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest.
TNT – TONE & TIGHTEN
Join us for a high energy, low impact workout to Tone 'n Tighten your whole body. Workout with resistance bands that focus on the upper body, lower body and core.
Trx
Building on TRX foundational movements taught in the TRX Basics class, this class challenges your strength and core. This is a multifunctional class using the TRX Suspension Trainer and incorporating other modalities to increase your body strength.
Trx Gold
We’ll use the TRX Suspension Trainer to work on improving balance, strengthen the posterior chain, improve posture, strength and mobility. This class is done standing and you don’t transition from standing to the floor. Enjoy staying strong through your golden years with the TRX Suspension Trainer!
WERQ
A fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. The WERQ® warmup previews the dance steps used in class and the WERQ® cool down includes balance and yoga-inspired poses.
YOGA: STRENGTH & BALANCE
A well-rounded class that promotes a balance between strength and flexibility. We incorporate a balance and strengthening series that trains your brain to be focused and determined.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
We incorporate a balance and strengthening series that will train your brain to tap into focus and determination. All levels are welcome.
YOUTH YOGA (ages 9-13yr)
Learn basic yoga poses that promote body awareness, breath work, coordination, strength, mobility, attention and relaxation.
ZUMBA
Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red hot international music and dance steps.
