URBAN DESIGN CONCEPT Causing Kennedy Town is not a comerical center, there is low traffic flow. Meanwhile, it keeps a high quality landscape and has a lot of entertainment buildings sch as bar. Therefore, it has a potential to develop a entertainment center and become a biking city in Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, we can see some graffiti on the wall in some old city. Kennedy Town is one of the historical dstrict in Hong Kong. Gaffiti is one of the spirit. Therefore, it is proposed use graffiti to be a city culture. It not only can decorate the dity, but also can provide a place to the artists to performance.
It is proposed develop a bking system in Kennedy twon. A biking city can decrease the carbon footprint.
If build a good biking system, the citizens can travel kennedy town by bike. They can relax on a large landscape and enjoy a beautiful harbour view. Moreover, Kennedy town also can build a entertainment center, the people can drink or travel some hand made shopes in there.

Kennedy Town central part will become biking road. The traffic road will keep on the edge. And part of the traffic road will go into tunnel. The traffic also can come into kennedy town, But, it is encouraged people cycling or come by the public transport.
In future, hoping the cycling system can be developed to other place of the Hong Kong Island and create a green Hong Kong. The proposal hopes that the biking system can become the main travel medthod in Kennedy Town. People can cycling to travel the Kennedy Town and they also can watch some local arts on each street. They can follow the trees flow to the entertainment and the large landscape to relax.
EXPERIENCE IN NATURE The children grow up as seem as plants grow up. They will explore a lot of new things and experience in that process. Nursery school is one of the places to them. Therefore, the design wants to provide a interesting exploration place to the children. One of the design elements is sharing the a quality space with publc. Causing kennedy town with out the residential building, there is not a high place to enjoy the beautiful harbour view and kennedy town outlook. Moreover, It can increase the connection between the children and the public.
More Activities, More Experience, More Memory Causing the preschool children, they do not understand a lot of words or difficult meanings. Experience is a good method to understand a new world to them. Therefore, a naural design can give them a harmonious feeling to explore. Hoping they can build a unforgetable memory from nature in their chrildhood.
Kennedy Town has a large landscape in Belcher Bay Park and a panoramic harbour view. Therefore, the peple can relax here easily. In the nursery school design, these features will become the main design elements.
Design Elements
In this nursery school, all interior space like a big classroom. Kids can explore by themselves. When enter to the building, the people will arrive a mini threater. there is a place to the children performance. After the threater, there is a garden like a interior nature. Outside animals or public also can connect with this area. It can increase the interaction between the buildings and outside. The baby room plan near the entrance, it can convenient th parents bring their babies. Near the baby room, there are some project houses, the children can do some mini project with teachers. The kids toilet, a big fish tank is installed there. It can show some sea animals to the kids and it can aviod the children afraid go to toilet. The kitchen is using a big glass, the kids can more understand their food is came from where. Finally, using a tree stair to connect two floors.

To the public, above the staff office is an observation area. They can enjoy a panoramic harbour view and kennedy town from a higher level. If they interest to the nursey school activities, they also can connect with a part of the school. Therefore, if the parents come to take their kids, they can wait in there and relax.
To the kids, up to 2m level, there is a large open library. they can choose their interested book and read it in there. Meanwhile, they also can go to art room or climb the rape network to the other floor with out the stair.

In the roof, there is a open place to feel the sunshine directly. The children can lay on the rape network and enjoy the wooderful harbour view or see a different kennedy town from other view. In this floor, there are farm and rearing area. They children can try to take care the plants and animals. The children can experience what is love by themselve. They also can see the differece between the interior plants and exterior plants.

MODEL
HIGH RISE BUILDING In this design, it is design a special facade of a high rise building in Hiong Kon. The building is a office tower 40 storeies.
The above buildings also like moving. It can give people a feeling as seem as they are living. Therefore, it is suitable to Hong Kong because majority Hong Kong buildings just like a glass box or concret box stand on the street. People seldom see a building like having a life. Moreover, when the this design method can increase the views when people look outside.
In this design, all structure is in the core tower. Every floor also have a circle rest area. it can provide more than 180 angle viwe to the staffs. They can enjoy a panoramic city vew in the office easily. Moreover, If the sun shines on the building, public will see a interesting shadow from the buiilding.
