The word Lampoon appeared before my eyes reading a book by Orson Welles - there was talk of The Harvard Lampoon: in English, Lampoon means magazine - ironic magazine ,stinging. A magazine produced in universities able to give voice to the fierce, fast, Ivy League students. I have always been fascinated by this world of brains, love and sweat - so I wrote in my notes: The Fashionable Lampoon.
Snob & Pop - is the DNA Lampoon. Mixing high and low, the aristocrat with the commercial. Every glory era for the economy and costume glowed with this mix: the fashion was gorgeous when Princess Diana was going out with Elton John.
