Whats ECB? ECB is defined as the "Entity Control Board" that will handling the overall auditing and case solving of our entity's exchanges to ensure that we are following the correct steps towards a 100% customer flow implementation by winter peak. The purpose is to provide implementation, education, support, consultancies and solutions based on the XPP to further leverage the entity toward customer centricity and thus customer loyalty.
Why join the ECB? This is a chance for the entity to start having awareness over the bigger picture when it comes to SnS implementation, customer flow steps, and quality of value delivery for all of AIESEC in Lebanon though becoming part of the national advisory board for all LCs through touch points held with the MC as well. The ECB is an opportunity for you to seize and gain more professional consultancy and advisory unbiased skills through advancing the current operational knowledge owned.

Case Solving TL
ECB Chair Role A leader ensuring the delivery of quality experience to every customer and building a quality system within every LC.
Main Responsibilities
Team management Ensuring overall quality of experiences delivered Reviewing and reporting quality cases Cocreation of SnS strategies with operations Main responsible for SnS and XPP training and consultancies for the LCs
KPIs
100% SnS Implementation # NPS for GV and GE 100% Response Rate % of solved cases out of original reports # of webinars/consultancies provided
Profile/Requirements Has an experience in operations Preferable: previous exchange experience Clear understanding over the AIESEC XPP and SnS Good communication skills Currently not being a VP for operations
Time Required/week Around 10 hours, may increase during peaks
Audit & Consultancy TL Role Responsible for ensuring adherence to SnS and XPP via LC audits and consultancy spaces.
Main Responsibilities Ensuring overall quality of experiences delivered Cocreation of SnS strategies with operations Maintaining reports & conducting audits over LC practices Delivering support for virtual education and consultancies about SnS and XPP

100% SnS Implementation # NPS for GV and GE 100% Response Rate # of webinars/consultancies provided
Profile/Requirements Has an experience in operations Preferable: previous exchange experience Clear understanding over the AIESEC XPP and SnS Good communication skills Currently not being a VP for operations
Time Required/week Around 7 hours, may increase during peaks
Case Solving TL Role Responsible for managing quality case issues and providing guidance to LCs.
Main Responsibilities
Ensuring overall quality of experiences delivered Reviewing and reporting quality cases Cocreation of SnS strategies with operations Delivering training on firefighting to LCs

100% SnS Implementation # NPS for GV and GE 100% Response Rate # of quality cases solved
Profile/Requirements Has an experience in operations Preferable: exchange experience Clear understanding over the AIESEC XPP and SnS Good communication skills Currently not being a VP for operations
