Start filling in each section, begin with Personal Information.

Choose maximum 20 backgrounds. Tick the first checkbox of the background to select it, and then choose what type of work you have done into that domain: A – Academic – you studied it in University W – Work – you worked in this field B – Both – you studied the subject in school and then you also worked in the same field
Skills Again, click Edit in order to add information.
Do not forget to tick the box and then click Save at the end of the page.
Languages It is advisable to put “Excellent” for English.
Last but not least, after filling in everything, click on Generate Form. It will generate an ID like this: EP-In-LB-AU-2014-XYZ. Have it written somewhere, you will need it. This is going to be your identification number on our platform. (EP ID) Also you will be requested to provide an “EP Manager” e-mail, for the “NPS Survey”. This is a survey for measuring how satisfied our participants are regarding our programs and their delivery. For the “EP Manager” e-mail you can use an AIESECer’s e-mail, usually the person you communicate with the most.
Now, your status will be considered “New”. In order to apply for internships, your status must be put on “Available”. You can check your status and EP Form in the following way, introducing your own EP ID. Careful, it will open a pop-up window, so if your browser is set to block pop-up windows, modify this option so you will be able to see.
Your status will be written on the top right corner of the page, and it has to be New at the beginning and then it will be put on Available by the National Committee (usually in the same day). If you do changes to your EP Form after it is “New” or “Available”, it will automatically be put “On Hold”. Do not change anything, in case you are “On Hold”, communicate it to AIESECers in order for us to change it.
You have reached the end of creating your EP Form. What is next -> the matching part. Your AIESEC local office will guide you through the process. We wish you to have an incredible experience and make this world a better place, somehow. ď Š
