Main responsibilities -Responsible for Customer Flow Implementation -Create national OPS and PEDS materials -Create EPM guidelines and responsibilities -Deliver trainings on Value Delivery and S&S -Ensure and track LEAD delivery -Create monthly reports about the state of VD

Main responsibilities -Create a Virtual Expansions Plan with MCVP CXY -Attend partnership meetings with MCVP CXY -Manage and track EPs from Virtual Expansions -Ensure S&S implementation for Virtual Expansions -Create monthly reports on the status of the EPs -Create a final report on the partnership

B2C Team Captain
Profile Requirements
Main responsibilities - Create B2C strategy together with the MCVP CXY -Manage the Content team to create promotional materials for online and offline platforms (blog, website, Facebook, Instagram & offline events) -Community management for Facebook & Instagram -Ensure that all B2C channels (blog, website, social media accounts) are properly updated -Auditing the visual brand guidelines and evaluate the quality of the content created by the LCs -Create and ensure the national flow of promotion (LCs to MC) -Drive customers from online channels to YOP Report -Responsible for B2C products campaign’s execution -Provide training to LCs on content creation and brand guidelines -Manage and update the national content calendar -Provide monthly reports on analytics for the MC and LC of B2C activities

Main responsibilities -Create & manage the content for the national blog -Train/Educate LCs and EPs in blog writing and storytelling -Proofread and edit blog posts submitted by LCs and EPs -Create weekly posts based on current trends or needs -Research blog content that can attract customers -Translate posts to Lebanese Arabic/French -Work together with the LCs to conduct Customer Interviews to create compelling posts -Work closely with B2C Team Captain to access EP story materials
