Researching suitable NGOs for probable opportunities Plan and supervise NGO contact procedure Creation and maintenance of strong relationships between AIESEC LAU and NGOs within Lebanon Creating the sales pitch of the ICX projects Ensuring good quality opportunities Working on the attraction of the opportunity (what the market wants from AIESEC in Lebanon) Creation and maintenance of strong relationships between AIESEC LAU and other AIESEC Entities worldwide. Creation of the JDs of the opportunities Manage and maintain team productivity Ensuring experience delivery for the team Maintaining a fast approach to have team members contact interested EPs Ensuring the marking of all stages of the EP (applied/accepted/approved) on EXPA

LCVP TM TL Education & Tracking Job Description

TL Education & Tracking Main Responsibilities

Role duration

Building and implementing quantified tools and measures to track member’s performance and development in the LC • Educate MM and VPs on the usage of tracking tools to follow up with their teams • Design a reward and recognition system for the LC that is both performance and cultural based (with LCVP direction) • Understand LC’s needs regarding skills and knowledge • Plan a monthly educational cycle accordingly • Prepare sessions and/or find trainer for respective teams/divisions or for the whole LC in the GMs depending on the skill/knowledge plan • Implement and promote activities that would promote the AIESEC culture in the LC • Creating and managing a plan for internal communication within the LC • Promoting desired LC culture and events through internal communication channels • Pass on his/her knowledge to other members for assistance 6 months •
