Application Process The application process is divided into 3 parts:

General Questionnaire:
This must be answered by all the candidates, is outlined in the section below and must be answered in Maximum 2 pages. 2.
3. Specific Questionnaire: This must be answered by all the candidates too, is outlined in the section below and must be answered in maximum 2 pages.(Please only answer the questions of the position you are applying to)

Selection Process The selection process will follow this flow: 1. Application: From May 31th to June 4th, 2014 until 11:59 Pm. Application process is described in the application process part, it is composed of: General questionnaire and specific questionnaire
2. Interviews: From June 4th to June 6th, 2014 with your TM Vice-President
3. Announcement: The final Announcement will be made on June 07, 2014
Profile & General Questionnaire 1. Personal Information: Name, e-mail address, age, Mobile number, Skype ID, Career and semester.
2. Studies & Practical Experience: Please provide us more details about your current academic level, studies completed and other relevant academic backgrounds, also details of all relevant practical and professional experiences you had.
3. Positions Applying for: Please list the major position in the OC you are applying for Also please add one more options
General Questionnaire 1. Why do you want to be part of the OC Innovation Days 2014-1? 2. Why do you think the strategic alliances are important to the LC? 3. How will you make this event Innovative & Legendary? 4. List at least 3 weaknesses you have to develop this role.
Specific Questionnaire OCP
1. Make an action plan for the development of the work and activities of the OC that include: meetings, communications and reports to the EB Rise Up. 2. If 1 week before the event, any of your OCVP, left the team, how you handle the situations and the OCVP functions. 3. Make and risk plan for the next case: two delegates get an intoxication. How you handle the situation if the event is in a distance place and there no cars.
OCVP MKT&Comm
1. List three strategies from COMM that would allow a constant information flow, organized and effective, before the event gets done to facilitate their organization. 2. Name at least 2 digital tools you would use to develop marketing and communications visually. Also, make a simple piece of promotion for social networks. 3. What will be your internal media to promote the event and achieve a minimum 100 applicants?
Specific Questionnaire OCVP Finances
1. Create the event budget under these sceneries: realistic, pessimistic, and optimistic. 2. Given a pessimistic scenario, in the case your can’t get sponsor's money, which financial strategies will you develop in order to not incur losses in the event? 3. Create and explain an income budget plan including an estimated fee for this event.
OCVP Logistics
1. Explain and propose 3 strategies for the question: How will you make this event sustainable in relations to material? 2. How do you warrant 3simultaneus sessions in different places? 3. Design a plan of risk according to the following situation and indicate possible solutions: Two days before the event , the hotel cancel the lunch's service.
Specific Questionnaire OCVP External Relations
1. What strategies would you propose to get sponsorships and to raise money to make the event more sustainable? (2 strategies) 2. Mention and explain what kind of sponsors do you think are indispensable in this event. 3. Make an action plan to ensure the best delivery for the ER management of the event.
