Transition period: The volunteers spent 3 weeks in transition to understand more about their Job Description, Latvia and AIESEC in Latvia. the transition time enabled them to understand more about the country and get familiarized with the team, culture and how things work in AIESEC Latvia. Adding to this, during this transition period we also had preparation time which serve as introduction to the participant to fully understand how things move in Latvia, the important places and where to go in case of emergency. Since the first day the volunteered arrived, they got SIM cards, and Bus cards as well.

Main activities: Creating and implementing raising campaigns for organizations, promoting and selecting volunteers for the opportunities and organizing cultural activities, and collaborating with different NGOs, and students councils ( ex: Latvian University student council and the Cultural Exchange Program). All this in order to increase the number of volunteering opportunities for international youngsters, in Latvia
Throughout the project period they were able to lead a team of 7 people to support this goal (increasing the number of volunteering opportunities through AIESEC in Latvia). Also they were working with a team of other 5 individuals, so they were giving ideas and creating strategies with coordination with the national team.
