Application Form: Guidelines Purpose of the application form - To be able to do a first screening of candidates based on facts Answers which generates rejection Personal Information Age: Older than 30 years Current City: If the person will live in a city form where they cannot be part of your LC Educational background Year of Study: If the person is not 1st – 2nd year of Bachelors (there can be few exceptions based on LC assessments) If the person is not a student anymore Shortly present your plans for the following two years: If the person is going away before the end of your term (not available for one year in AIESEC) AIESEC preferences Why are you applying for AIESEC: If the reasons are very far from the motivation in the profile (for example: “in order to earn money”) NOTE: If the person only is interested in Exchange with AIESEC: - Do the phone interview - Find out if the person can be relevant for one of your OGX projects - Inform the person about the opportunity - Put the contacts in the LC recruitment tracking sheet (in order for you to contact this person at a later stage)
