MC priorites
MC priorites Recruitment The MC is through MC support giving both strategic and operational input to LCs through Project Managers Elisabeth Weckner: UiB, NHH and Trondheim Daria Kogut: UiO Andreas: BI LCP and MC needs to be aligned here in order to not create confusion for OCP and for LCP to have the overall picture for performance and operations management
MC priorites Induction/preparation The MC is through MC VP LCD delivering frameworks for induction plan for all LCs. MC will offer exeuction support in induction through LC visits LCP and MC needs to be aligned in who delivers who and induction plan versus LC visit availability
MC priorites Transition The MC is through MC VP LCD delivering frameworks for transition plan for all LCs. MC will offer exeuction support in transition through LC visits and webinars LCP and MC needs to be aligned in who delivers who and transition plan versus MC availability
MC priorites Performance and operations management The MC is through MCP and LC coach supporting in training, education and coaching in performance and operations management MC VPs are working close with the LC VPs also tracking performance
LCP and MC VP needs to be aligned on a common way of working and tracking
Bulding up LC culture/resetting LC culture MC will support in building up LC culture/resetting LC culture through MCP, MC LCD and MCP elect
Needs to be defined who supports the LC if needed of the three MC members.
Reward and recognition MC has already a national reward and recognition system MC will support through MC VP LCD/TM Diana to establish local reward and recognition if needed. MC VPs will work with LC VPs to establish functional reward and recognition. MC VPs and LCPs needs to be aligned so that LCPs know about functional reward and recognition
Preparation of EB selection Still to be discussed. However I belive MCP elect should be involved.
EB selection MC will deliver support in EB selection through framework and operational support in selection committees. MC will mainly deliver support through MC VP LCD, LC coaches, MCP and MCP elect. MC VPs should be involved in supporting LC VPs to define the profile of LC VP in their functional area. LCPs and MC VPs needs to be aligned
Replanning MC will deliver feedback and input to LCP through MCP, LC coaches and VP Finance MC VPs will work on functional areas supporting in goal setting and planning LCPs and MC VPs needs to be aligned when MC VPs working with LC VPs and outputs should be also available for LCPs
Management team meetings MCP and MC VP Finance and projects will work in supporting management team meetings and agendas if wanted from LCs
Country performance and operations management Suggestion is that MC and LCPs meet once a month to track overall country performance and operations. Purpose is to ensure that on a set basis MC and LCPs can work together towards same goals and to keep each other accountable. It should also serve as a space for adjusting
