Position Role The MCP is overall responsible for AIESEC Norway's organizational performance and development through management of the MC team in order to fulfill MC’s primary role of enabling LCs to perform core work while ensuring sustainable development and growth. Additionally, the MCP is responsible to lead, manage and track LCPs for them to be able to reach their LC plans. This happens through both individual LCP management and through the National Executive Board. Lastly, the MCP is the legal representative of AIESEC Norway towards norwegian law.
Responsibilities MC and country Strategic Plan
Organize the process of planning Build and implement tracking systems Track, review and coach on the MC Plan Track LCPs on fulfillment of LC plan Set the direction of the country
Governance
Manage Board of Directors Chair Send reports to Board of Directors Follow-up and implement BoD outputs Ensure Constitution and Compendium are followed Facilitate and participate actively on NEB meetings Deliver all requirements for the Global Membership Criteria Keep constant communication with NEB Keep good and constant communication with LCPs (individually) Establish the MC management team and have regular meetings
MC team management
Develop and implement management tools (identity, principles, rules, etc) Organize and run Team Days Align and coordinate MC team in conferences and events Responsible for tracking and coaching of the MC VPs Ensure all MCVPs have a Job Description and Plan Coordinate weekly meetings
Exchange management
Build relationship and negotiate with other MCPs on country partnerships Tracking exchange indicators Raise awareness of MC and NEB on the importance of exchange Coordinate the MC team on discussions about exchange growth
External Relations
Represent AIESEC in Norway in International Congress and Global Leaders Summit

LC Development
Ensure that every MC member is delivering the support needed to LCs
Financial Management
Ensure financial sustainability and prudence Ensure financial transparency Analyze financial reports and support on budget review Support on financial decision making with VP F Final legal and financial decision maker
Talent Management
HR in the MC (Team Days, evaluations, selection, transition, coaching) Ensure conferences are being used strategically (cycle and agenda)
Coaching
MCVPs LCPs MCP can based on LC development model be LC coach for one or more LCs HR in the MC (Team Days, evaluations, selection, transition, coaching) Ensure conferences are being used strategically (cycle and agenda)
Legal Management
Ensure that all interns are legal in Norway Ensure that all interns are paying individual tax and have a registered bank account Training and education to LCs on legal management of interns Ensure that all interns have accommodation during their internship in Norway Ensure that AIESEC Norway is fulfilling all external legal requirements in subject to Norwegian law.

Achieve organizational goals on MC and LC level Ensure alignment, commitment, performance and satisfaction of MCVPs Financial and organizational development of the organization. AIESEC Norway full member country throughout the whole term
