Position Role MCVP IC X GCDP is responsible for non-corporate TN sales supporting national GCDP project(s). The role also entails creation and implementation of national strategies in the area of Incoming Exchange Non-Corporate. In addition, the person should support strategy creation and implementation on local level to ensure higher performance by the Local Committees. The person is overall responsible for performance in the area and should ensure a high quality and quantity of incoming GCDP exchanges realized. The position is strategic and operational.

Responsibilities Strategic direction of ICX Non-Corporate in AIESEC Norway   

Overall responsible for goal achievement of the goals of incoming GCDP exchanges realized Plan and implement national direction and strategies for achieving the goals Assist and educate LCs in goal setting, planning and execution

National functional responsibilities     

Lead, manage and coach the national team of LCVPs IC C GCDP Plan, implement, manage and track execution of national projects Develop, manage and track national partnerships (with organizations, institutions and businesses) Plan, develops and implement national education in IC GCDP area together with MCVP LCD & TM Final responsible for RA and RE for all the national FK TNs for the term 12-13

Exchange delivery   

Overall responsible for the processes in the area Responsible for the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved Responsible for compliance to XPP in AIESEC Norway

ICX GCDP and finance  

Overall responsible for budget realization on income generated through ICX Non-Corporate exchanges The MCVP is part of the National Management Team and participates in decisions regarding planning and revision of the budget

Percentage of growth in IC GCDP at LC level

Relevant EB experience (VP X, VP Projects) Previous experience in IC GCDP projects (this person should have worked with this type of projects as project member or project coordinator)

Work load:   

8 hours/day Full time or Part time Transition period: - May 2012 – virtual transition - June 2012 – transition in Oslo with the MC team 12-13

  

Work period: 1st July 2012 – 30th June 2013 Availability on weekends for events Attend all national conferences
