Position Role The MCVP GIP ICX is responsible for sales in AIESEC Norway, including GIP TN and ER sales. This means direct TN and ER sales for the MC as well as support, tracking, education and coaching on raisings and sales activities in the LCs in AIESEC Norway. The role is both strategic and operational. In addition the position entails responsibility for matching or tracking matching of the GIP TNs on the national level and support on the local level.

Responsibilities Strategic direction of GIP ICX in AIESEC Norway 

Plan and implement national direction and strategies for achieving the goals in GIP ICX

Product development in the GIP ICX area based on external market

Assist LCs and deliver education to LCs on goal setting, planning and execution

Set goals for GIP TN sales on the national level

GIP ICX Operational 

GIP TN sales on the national level

GIP TN matching on the national level

National functional responsibilities 

Lead, manage and coach the national team of LCVPs GIP ICX

Plan, implement, manage and track execution of GIP ICX projects

Plan, develop and implement national education in GIP ICX

Account Management System 

Ensure up to date CRM system and to educate LCs on CRM

ER sales 

Set strategic ER sales goals for the MC

Identify sales strategies based on external market

Product development based on external market

ER sales on the national level

GIP ICX+MCP Synergy 

Give necessary information regarding internships and interns coming to Norway for MCP who works on ensuring their legality in Norway

GIP ICX&ER+F Synergy 

Actively work with MCVP F in coordinating sales targets and achievements with budget and cash flow predictions

Member of the Management Team and is through this role taking part in the planning and revision of the MC budget

GIP ICX&ER+COMM Synergy 

Work closely with MCVP COMM on product development for GIP ICX and ER sales

Work closely with MCP and NEB for input on prices and products
