Andreas is back to the office after International Congress in Kenya and is very exited about recruitment!
Some updates from IC:
AIESEC has finally the goals for 2015 and the road towards it. First steps of implementation of 2015 in Norway starts NOW New myaiesec.net is ready and will be up and running on 1st of October. You have something to look forward to 2015 programs is defined and from now on we are counting in GCDP and GIP
AIESEC in Bangladesh was disbanded as an AIESEC entity by Global Plenary after series of internships not in compliance .
Other news from MCP: NEB did legislation and legislated new MC budget, started process with SONA monthly reporting and Internal Auditor.
MCP feelings: MCP is motivated and in high hopes for the last days of recruitment and urges the country to really step it up, take responsibility and finish off with 100 percent commitment towards the goals set. Today and tomorrow might be challenging, but I can promise you that the day after tomorrow will be as beautiful beyond imagination.

Sad news from Kenya In the early morning of 30th of August, a bus carrying 65 participants of AIESEC’s International Congress 2011 in Kenya met with an accident on its way from Nairobi to Mombasa for post-conference holidays. There was one fatality, Elmer PÊrez Requiz, a native of Bolivia and President of AIESEC in Bolivia. One person was also severely injured, Irma Bedjic, Vice President of AIESEC in Bosnia & Herzegovina. She is being treated. Norwegian delegation is safe.
As of this morning, 60 of the bus passengers have safely returned to Nairobi. They're here with us at their hotel relaxing and making preparations to return home. 3 remain behind with Irma in Mombasa. Everyone is so grateful to the support the network has shown. So we have: - Partnerships for matching's with several LCs in Europe: in Portugal, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic. - 3 matches with CFEngine!!! 2 interns from Poland and one from Spain will start the internship within two weeks.
