By the LC coaches table, she is working on preparing the agenda for the LC visit in Trondheim. In the Finance area, Meda is working with the final evaluation of the Fredskorpset project 10-11, starting the audit and closing the books for the project. She has just received the final statements from last year and is starting the audit process for the whole previous term (2010-11).
Didi, our LC Development, is working on developing a Reward and Recognition system for the term and education around TMP and TLP. LC visits are still on the way in November and UNITE agenda is in the making as we speak. In the Communication area, Dasha is working on OGX promotion and has released the second wave of promotion of Your Impact, Africa with smart and effective strategies that we need in order to achieve 220 applications by the 11th of November.
