TEAM MINIMUMS (What a Team experience structure would constitute: - Have at least three (3) members - Accountable to one (1) team leader - Duration: minimum three (3) months for the task/project - Assigned role on myaiesec.net SOFT SKILLS (Can be gained through TXP): - Self-awareness/confidence EXPERIENCES TO BE GAINED: - Time management - Networking opportunities through AIESEC - Creative and innovative thinking - Participating in a project team - Communication skills - Participating in an event team - Presentation skills -Team-building & bonding - Team work skills - Exposure and appreciation of other cultures - Leadership skills - Professionalism HARD SKILLS (Can be gained through TXP): - Ability to use @.net - Understanding of RA-MA-RE processes - Risk and crisis management - MS Office proficiency - Procedural handling of school system (OSA & OAS) - Project/event management -Operations Management - Adobe CS 5 proficiency - How to sell AIESEC and/or exchange - Resource mobilization (fundraising) - Market research and analysis - Customer relations management

(PROCESSES THAT DRIVE TXP) PLAN: - Create LC process planning output to map out man power needed for the term. (Inlcudes LC calendar) - Talent Goal Setting: Personal career plan of member with AIESEC | Understanding what the member wants to get our of the experience - Use both information as basis for allocation ALLOCATION (Preparing Job Description): - Functional tasks: direct processes and output required for the job - Measures of success: indicators of the members progress and performance - Skills & Competencies: Traits needed to fulfill the job - Accountability: To whom the member is accountable to and for (if applicable) - Alignment to organizational and personal goals - Retention: Giving members a specific contribution to the LC to keep their involvement EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: - Operational training - Functional training - Leadership training - AIESEC understanding: reinforce basic AIESEC knowledge - Resources: Provide members with the infrastructure and access to use AIESEC’s global network and platforms TRACKING, COACHING & MENTORING: - Weekly tracking of member’s progress and performance through immediate team leader - Updating system that allows the team and supervisors to track each other - Coaching and mentoring for members to be made available from immediate team leader or predecessor - Creating a personal and professional support network for the members EVALUATION: - What are the key learning points - What are the key recommendations - 360 competency profile survery - Transition with the successor - Evaluation from feed back channels (Team leader, Team members, EB) - Next step for the member (succession planning)

TXP MEASURES OF SUCCESS & KEY POINT INDICATORS GENERAL LC-Wide
- At least 85% active and efficient members - Department quota for airport pickups and drop offs reached - 100% retention rate from team leaders - At least one (1) available successor for each team leader role ( team members taking initiative to develop)
- 90% attendance in educational events - 90% attendance in LC-wide events (e.g. culminating nights, corporate events, welcome & farewell dinners and local committee meetings) - Increased presence as an LC in national events - Smooth and sustainable operations within department
GENERAL Individual
- Knowledgeable of RA-MA-RE processes (ICX and OGX) and able to conduct if necessary - Initiative to take on bigger roles (applying for TLP) - Well-performing member, functionally in department according to performance appraisal
- Proactive learner - Able to experience the different functions/departments within the LC (has more than one role) - Becomes an eligible voter - Able to attend national conferences - Knowledgeable on AIESEC basics
