Difficulties and Categories Face a WAVE the size of your potential!
Difficulties and Categories • Why is it?
– Putting entities in different levels of development competing doesn’t make sense. We want to make it as much fun and engaging as posible to everyone! – Keep in mind the difficulty levels are DYNAMIC, which means you get to raise level of your character or lower it based on your performance.
Difficulties and Categories • How is it?
– We divided LCs based in clustering 2 types of performance, and assigning a grade to each: • RA with 1 year period; • RE since 1st of january.
– The grade was based in this criteria • • • • •
A B C D E
to to to to to
more than 100; between 60 and 100; between 40 and 60; between 20 and 40; less than 20.
– We combined the two grades and from the average, the difficulty was selected.
Difficulties and Categories • What is it?
– Rookie (UBA, MVD and Rosario); – Intermediate (Tandil, Bahía Blanca, La Plata and Montevideo); – Advanced (Mendoza and Cordoba); – PRO (USAL and Buenos Aires).
Trophies and Recognitions
Be Recognized for the size of your effort!
Trophies and Recognitions • Why is it?
– We want to recognize every single committee that does above average results for it’s developmetn point. – Trophies will recognize not only results but sustainability of results.
Trophies and Recognitions • How is it?
– Each difficulty will receive a trophy at the end of each phase (weeks 5, 10 and 15). – The winner of trophies will go on to compete in the next difficulty level; – The last positioned LCs in each difficulty level will go on to compete in the previous one. – LCs from bottom difficulties cannot go down and from top difficulty cannot go up. – At the end you can have either no trophies, one, two or three.
Trophies and Recognitions • What is it?
– Recognition in December’s National Conference will be based on the number of trophies your LC has. – Raise, Match and Realize a LOT so you can get the best recognitions!
