Co-ordinator of Social Media – Vacant Role Overall To create and manage promotional and educational material on social media platforms pertaining to AIESEC Guelph such as face book, twitter, websites, search engines etc. AIESEC Stage Taking Responsibility Accountable to VP of Communications Time Required 5 hours per week Education Background/ Training Orientation Skills Required Marketing and business skills. Activities Description (Responsibilities) Helping to create and manage all social media materials for the LC All social media is updated and correct Dedication to the AIESEC Brand Awareness of LC news and events Assist in improving user convenience on our online resources

Measures of Success Effective ad campaigns and marketing material Website, face book page etc. Updated weekly All promotional materials are correctly branded before publication Promotional materials are up to date and correct LC social media is user friendly, members provide positive feedback
