Coordinator of Training Promotions Role Overall Will support the Director of Training & Development in organizing a series of summer training events and will be responsible for promotions and advertising of events, in conjunction with the Communications portfolio. AIESEC Experience Stage Taking Responsibility (Team member) Accountable to VP Talent Management , Director of Training & Development Time Required 2­3 hours per week (varies) Background/skills required Microsoft Office, Planning, Pro Facilitation and presentation skills Self­sufficient and motivated Experience/ strong interest in social media Marketing and communications (previous experience preferred but not required) Ability to be flexible and innovative Attendance of an AIESEC Orientation session is mandatory Core Competencies Effective communicator, Self­initiative, Entrepreneurial, Socially Responsible, Active learner Competencies required Demonstrates initiative, demonstrates leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrates effective communication, Organized, ability to plan ahead and foresee problems Activities and Measures of Success These are the activities that will be tracked by the leader Activities Description (Responsibilities) Work with Communications portfolio to ensure promotions of event through the usual outlets Assist the Director to organize and plan a series of summer training events aimed to

build key personal & professional skills Attend team meetings with the Director of Training & Development, VP of Talent Management, and Coordinator of Logistics (via. Skype or in person) Ensure successful and brand­aligned promotions of events Attend a de­brief session at the end of the summer
