Key Inferences: - GIP-ICX has been showing a negative growth from 2011. - More the number of raises = More number of realizations. - There have been TN’s which haven’t been able to be matched and hence Raising the right TN’s is important.

Key Inferences: - Q1 has been a dry period in terms of matching but in 2013 it has shown progress. - Q2 has been the peak matching period as schools start and ET being the major sub-product for GIP ICX. - Q3 and Q4 have been relatively low in the past few years compared to Q2.

- Russia and Germany have been the major contributors for GIP ICX in 2012. - 11 EP’s and 7 EP’s have come down from Russia and Germany respectively. - Tunisia has been a good country to match for TN’s which have French requirements.

- Russia is still the major contributor for GIP EP’s in 2013 as well. - Mexico has grown immensely in 2013 and as result 7 EP’s have come down to our LC. - Germany, Egypt, Tunisia and China have continued to be few of the top countries to match for GIP ICX.
