Message from the MCPe Dear candidate, I would like to congratulate and thank you for taking the first step. I’ve been in the same position, wondering if I should take it or not. I had my own fears and doubts about this experience, which ended up being, and still is, one of the most incredible journeys I could have. This experience will challenge you like no other, I can guarantee you that. I can also guarantee that the challenges you will face will be what will develop you and make you a better person and leader. This will also bring you responsibility, not only because you will be taking part in making decisions for a whole entity, but also because you will be responsible for the type of impact you want to create in your experience and in society. And most important of all, being on the MC means one thing: opportunity. Opportunity to create or change things that will lead to greater ones, opportunity to enable young people to develop themselves, opportunity to create an impact in yourself and in the world, especially in Albania.
Albania is a country that needs the leaders we develop either through our exchange or our membership. AIESEC must play a much bigger role that we do now in order to develop the of leaders that will improve and develop Albania as much as possible. In order for that to happen, AIESEC in Albania needs leaders that are not afraid of their own potential, and are willing to lead this entity fearlessly, as one AIESEC for Albania. Good luck on your process and I am looking forward to reading your application and getting to know you and vision for this entity.
Hugo, MCP 17.18 of AIESEC for Albania
