NST General Role

 Supporting the MC and LCs toward national strategy planning and implementation.  Cooperate closely with the MC responsible in order to develop and run operations in certain fields during the term.  Accountability and reporting to the MC responsible.  Research and development of certain functional areas.  Enhancing MoS realization of AIEESEC in Algeria.  Continuous communication with the MC, LCs and other involved stakeholders.  Participate in national projects and events (not obligatory for internationals)  Participation/facilitation at the required national conferences.

Job Description  Administration and upkeep of AIESEC in Algeria web platforms and updating them according to a defined timeline.  Analysis and tracking of web and IM KPI.  Documentation and information management our web platforms at national and local level and CRM tracking.  Creation and implementation of a national database system.  Editing and follow-up with the national newsletter systems.

Job Description  Support the MCVP in the financial planning and strategy implementation.  Managing the books of the MC under the MCVP supervision.  Definition of Internal Audit processes and its implementation.  Follow –up on internal audit meeting report and recommendations.  Coaching LCs in financial concepts and tracking their processes.  Update and create tools to ensure financial sustainability among entities  Educating the LCs on the recently developed book-keeping systems.  Checking LC internal processes for risk management and legalities.  Research for grants and funds opportunities.
