APPLICATIONS - ECB Chair - Expansion Manager - DMB Chair


ECB Chair AIESEC in Algeria keeps growing, and in a continuous effort of delivering genuine quality leadership experiences, we are about to establish, for the first time in AIESEC in Algeria, an Entity Control Board that will work towards making our entity more customer centric. We are looking for a fearless leader that is willing to Chair our ECB to ensure leadership development by fulfilling standards in every AIESEC programme. The ECB Chair will be the sole responsible of ensuring Standards & Satisfaction and Customer Experience Management implementation to the national plenary, while Being the final decision making body on the national level cases that violate the XPPs. Some of his main tasks will be conducting virtual and physical audit on standards implementation and providing consultancies upon request.


Job Description & Requirements 1. Representing ECB interest to National Plenary. 2. ECB team management. 3. Solving Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethic, ER or Partnership Principles violations together with ICB and MC.

4. Reporting to the National Plenary about the state of ECB and the work in progress. 5. Tracking LCs on follow-up of steps provided by ECB regarding the Cases that are connected with XPP Code of Ethics, ER or Partnership principles violations (together with ICB, MC and NST if needed).

Profile: • EB experience (Preferred). • Exchange experience (Required). • Clear understanding of AIESEC vision and ICB processes. • Clear understanding of XPP and ER principles. • Strong team management and leadership skills. Measurement of Success:

Expansion Manager Since its creation in 2008/2009, AIESEC in Algeria has been a fast growing entity, especially during the past few years. But in order to go faster and further, it needs to have a wider reach; and to remain faithful to its vision and mid-term ambition, it has to become more accessible to the Algerian youth. After Algiers, many groups of young people worked hard to be able to open expansions in their wilayas, such as Oran, Blida, Constantine and Ouargla. Two Expansion initiatives have recently been launched, Sidi Bel Abbas and Tlemcen. These new Expansion Initiatives being approved, and will soon start to run their AIESEC operations. We are looking for an Expansion Manager at a national level, that will have the task to maintain effective communication channels between the Expansion and the National Committees.


Job Description & Requirements 1. Implementing the growth model set for the expansion. 2. Establishing a strong AIESEC Culture within the Expansion Team.

3. Establishing AIESEC Operational knowledge within the Expansion Team. 4. Setting KPIs, MoS, and milestones for the EIs. 5. Following up the EI performance.

6. Reporting to the MC about the progress. 7. Set and follow up with a training and coaching agenda. 8. Adjust the EI needs in terms of education.

Profile: • EB experience (Required). • Able to visit the EI at least once (Physical availability). • Clear understanding of AIESEC vision and values. • Strong team management and leadership skills. • Training and coaching skills. Measurement of Success:

DMB Chair One of the MC pillars of the AIESEC in Algeria 16.17 term is “Marketing Revolution”. As we are aiming to enhance our marketing activities by become more relevant, unique and customer centric while providing better digital experiences to our potential customers. And since we are closer and closer towards 100% Customer Flow Implementation, the next move after that would be centralized national communication channels, that will handled by the DMB “Digital Marketing Board”, a national team of talented members from all the AIESEC in Algeria LCs.

We are looking of a DMB Chair that will be responsible of the DMB team, handling activities on the AIESEC in Algeria communication channels, implementing creative digital strategies, and brainstorm about products brand development.


Job Description & Requirements 1. Management of all external communication channels with the supervision of AIESEC in Algeria’s MC. 2. Define an efficient process to ensure all national and local AIESEC activities are externally communicated in a professional and efficient way through all AIESEC in Algeria’s channels. 3. Set the national PR principles and guidelines. 4. Strengthen and empower the brand of AIESEC in Algeria as an entity, its national and local projects and events, in the Algerian market and the AIESEC Global Plenary 5. Engage AIESEC in Algeria’s membership through internal campaigns and newsletters

Profile: • EB experience (Preferred)

• Experience in Digital Marketing (Analysis, Content Creation…) • Experience in Social Media Management. • Clear understanding of AIESEC Branding Guidelines. • Strong Communication Skills. Measurement of Success:
