Dear Applicant, It is with great pleasure that we are launching the NLDS ‘17 Organizing Committee Application Process. A national conference is always a challenge, as it involves a huge responsibility within the network. Being part of this OC is going to be a great and exciting experience, we encourage you to leave your comfort zone and to take part in this journey, which will impact all the members within our entity. Dare to make things happen!
This booklet contains all the necessary information about the conference, the job descriptions and the application procedure. Good luck!
NLDS (National Leadership Development Seminar) is the second national conference of AIESEC in Algeria during the term. It will take place in April 2017, and gather 250-300 individual members of AIESEC in Algeria. Its main objective is to guide the members to find their personal way of leadership. It will focus on their personal development and will provide the environment for them to reflect on their values and on their potential.

Job Description 1. Select, manage and track the OC team 2. Create, manage and review the Conference plan and report regularly to the Conference Manager
ROLE The Person fully responsible of the conference organization in terms of logistics and organizational goals of the conference.

Each OC member has to report to the OCP and Conference Manager on their daily work The OC has to be available physically and/or virtually during all the conference and its preparation The OC should be ready to work under pressure and with short deadlines The OC must complete the tasks given by the OCP and/or the Conference Manager
