Being an ECB chair of AIESEC in Algeria is indeed a relevant opportunity for you to develop leadership and push yourself to the limit, you’ll probably have to deal with complicated situations and face awkward moments, but at the end you’ll figure out that helping someone to live a good leadership experience is definitely worth it. Are you ready to master the XPP, CoE, and ER principles, and make sure everyone is following the right processes? Say, Yes! The following year may take you a lot, but when you finish your term and you look back, you will not regret this decision and you will see that although you sacrificed a lot, the ECB chair position gave you much more, may it be at personal or professional level.
