PROCESS TIME ANALYTICS? Process Time Analytics is about the average time in days for the Eps of each LC to be accepted, approved and realized. The two most important factors that show your LC’s customer centricity are the accepted and approved process time. Now you might consider it as “just another statistic”, but it’s not. It is a good reflection of the support that your offer to your customers, your availability to them and hence the image they have of you and the of your brand as an LC.

Do not get me wrong, a long process time doesn’t necessarily mean you do not care about your customers, it means things are to be improved, and it starts with each and every EP manager within your LC.

HOW TO DO THAT? Here are our suggestions If your Process Time is too long or longer than the national average one, or just not short enough in your opinion, it means something in the chain is missing and you should invest in putting more efforts in Consideration and Value Delivery. It is the duty of LCVP oGV to ensure the following: 1) All EPs are contacted within 24h after they sign up on YOP. 2) Keep in touch with them and support them in a way for them to be accepted in very few days (less than a week), which is more than reasonable in this period of the term. 3) Make sure they understand the process and pay their fees immediately after they're accepted so that you approve them without wasting time to start the next procedures. 4) Support them during their visa process and/or travel preparation, deliver OPS at least one week before they leave the country.

ALREADY DOING THAT? As an EB member, you feel that you or your LC are already doing all of it right, but it isn’t working? • Share these statistics and your concerns with your members. • If inexistent, set a clear maximum standard duration for each stage as an objective to achieve. • Share that with your members, insisting on the importance of consideration and value delivery. • Ensure your individual members’ performance tracking, for every EP manager, and do that weekly. • Check LCs with similar realities, and ask for tips. • Make sure everyone keeps in mind the why of what they do.

iGV INSIGHTS Our national performance is declining… • LC Blida is the top iGV performing LC, they have quadruplicated their performances and contributed to 69% of the national approvals. • LC Oran doubled its hustle, with 100% Growth.

• The rest of the LCs have dropped compared to their last year’s performances during the same period.

WHAT IS THERE NEXT ? Are you satisfied with your LC’s performances in June? Do you think there is a room for you to keep working in July, sending and receiving people on exchange?

Do you think you can contribute to the 50 approvals left to 1K? Whatever your answer is, do not forget to share this with your LC members, along with your weekly objectives of each product, get everyone into performance management by reviewing your performances and working to improve them. Do you believe in #1KforAlgeria? We believe in YOU.

GOOD LUCK!
