LCPs Word Dear brave candidate, We would first of all like to congratulate you for your decision to apply for the position of Local Committee president for the term 18.19 BRAVO. LCP is a position like no other, it is one of the most powerful experiences in our organization. You can make direct impact on your committee and you will have the power and the responsibility to influence your EB as well as every single member in your LC. People don’t say it enough but an LC is always the reflection of its LCP. Truth being said, there are some times you will feel lost, but your decision to apply for this position will always help you persist and go through those times. When you feel this, remember you aren’t alone, you have the Board of Presidents composed of LCPs and the MCP who will go through the same journey as you will. In this coming year you will go through a lot but in the end you will not regret this decision and as much as you might sacrifice, the LCP position will give you much more personally and professionally.
