MC Projects A creative new way of transforming the Engagement with AIESEC, using tailored communication strategies to reach everyone, everywhere in Algeria.
Legal and financial independence and transparency to build on a strong foundation, for clear, well elaborated and developed functional processes.
Focus on offering the Algerian youth unique leadership-based exchange experiences, for them to flourish as global citizens.
Our entity is growing fast, but, in order to go faster and further, it needs solid and strong bases, on which all processes and operations will be built. Being 100% legal and recognized as one National Association is the only way for AIESEC in Algeria to be more credible, visa-Ă -vis of its customers, but also of the government and all potential stakeholders.
A very clear and efficient Financial Model is necessary to ensure transparency in all what we do and a healthy environment for our organization to grow independently. All processes in all areas should be defined in a way that every single member of AIESEC in Algeria will understand. Nurturing our relations with our customers, partners–and even with our members–is the key for us to reach sustainability in our operations and the impact they have on the world around us.
This should logically be the priority for all of us, this year and every year.
More and more people are starting to hear about AIESEC and discover our products. How do we want them to see us? Our identity will define our reputation. Unify and align all our projects and events and their promotion’s timeline will allow us to be recognized, by our markets and audiences, as one national and unique Youth Leadership Movement. Having a clear and distinguishable national brand, fully visible online, through our digital channels, and offline, through our presence at relevant events in Algeria and abroad, is the most adapted key for us to ensure its perfect positioning in our society and at a global level. Tailored communication strategies and the utilization of the most modern and engaging global trends, adapted to our realities, with the aim of reaching everyone, everywhere, according to each of our products’ target.
This should be the responsibility of all members, as AIESEC represents us, and we represent AIESEC
We keep striving for customer-centricity, therefore, our daily work is focused on delivering high quality experiences to our customers: Youth and Enablers. It's about the quality of the products we propose and how we follow up with our customers. They have expectations about the dreams we promise to offer to them, thus, we should do our best to satisfy them‌ We aim to reach 100% implementation of the Customer Flow.
What we do is enabling young people to develop their leadership potential. We create opportunities connected with AIESEC's LDM: develop the 4 Leadership Qualities, facilitate the Inner-Outer Journey and deliver the 16 SnS.
Our members are essential, as they are the ones who facilitate the AIESEC Experience. If we take care of them and take a real interest in who they are, they will take care of our customers.
The healthiness of MC2LC, LC2LC and member2member relationships will define our CRM.

We all wanted to join the MC Team because of a burning desire, deep inside our respective chests, made of motivation, new ideas but also anger and disappointment. It was a desire to work more efficiently, to be more impactful and to reach our full AIESEC potential: it was a desire to change. Once gathered in one team, ready to plan for relevant, big, and yet realistic strategies, we made the decision to challenge the way we think and the way we act as a youth-run organization.
This resulted in the necessity to learn from all the mistakes made by the previous generations, get rid off every negative vibe that can prevent us from moving forward, and find innovative ways to grow as one and continuously prosper. Our aim is to concretize the willingness of being the massive and purposeful youth movement needed in the Algerian society, this is why we are convinced that the fuel of this desire resides in every single fragment of AIESEC in Algeria. It, indeed, resides in you.

An awakening happens only if you are asleep, unconscious, unaware or even sleepy.
We spent a long time hibernating, and it’s about time we wake up now. Wake up and choose between our nightmares and our dreams. We choose to dream a new reality. “Dream” because we aim high.

wake up If you think “that” is unreachable, know that you are still asleep or hypnotized by your fears and by your uncertainties. Or maybe too lazy to search for the required forces that will allow you continue your dreams in real life. Actions need to be taken, limits to be pushed beyond the expectations of what we can and what we can not achieve.

We work to enable young people in Algeria to explore and develop their leadership potential, through practical learning experiences in challenging environments.
We sparkle in them the interest to grow differently while contributing to a better society and a better world. We aim to provide them with the means of discovering themselves, different cultures and the world. This will foster their sense of global citizenship and contribute in changing the way they perceive and live their lives.
