The growth between 2015 and 2016 is very low. Most of the LCs that have already experienced iGV dropped in the number of experiences delivered. Only LC Benak made a growth of +8, for 0 on 2015. Good job, guys!

HOW CAN WE IMPROVE OUR GROWTH?
oGV For now, LC Oran, Constantine and Ouargla should focus on one product. Their growth should be based on oGV . All the LCs can improve their results in this area by: • Giving the right education to members about the Customer Flow; • Synergizing MKT and OGX efforts: B2C-CXP Power; • Investing more in offline marketing; • Delivering the right message when promoting our products; • Choosing the right time and places to approach customers; • Partnering with Universities, Student Clubs and Youth Organizations; • Implementing all the SnS.
iGV
LC Babez, Benak and Blida, which already experienced the iGV product, should imrpove their performances by: • Launching their opportunities in the right time; • Delivering the right message about the opportunities while promoting; • Building strong LC2LC partnerships and fulfilling them; • Actively participating in the National Brand sales; • Implementing all the SnS.
GT
• GT products are the worst performing ones, they should be progressively implemented until GV products are completely handled and efficiently sold. • For LC Babez which already worked and progressed in iGT, the B2B processes should be improved and all SnS implemented. • The period between raising the opportunity and its starting date should be longer, to have enough applicants and select the most matchable ones.
Winter is here… WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT?
Congratulations again to the LCs that reached their goals and those that grew, compared to the same period of last year.
This is only the beginning and bigger challenges are coming! We believe in the potential of each single member and we will work hard, all together, to make our ambitions a reality!
