The YouthSpeak Survey collects youth insights from around the world to better understand what young people care about. This Survey will provide decision makers (companies, the government, organizations, AIESECers) with key insights to generate projects and actions to impact the world. The YouthSpeak Insights is the report that comes out of the YouthSpeak Survey and allows AIESEC and the world to take decisions that influence strategy and operations of our organization. These insights reflect the data gathered in the YouthSpeak Survey. We, as organization, are in charge of making these insights available to the world. The YouthSpeak Forum aims to create an environment to gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes and projects to push the world forward. This projects are connected to the insights we gain from the survey. We will look for companies and organizations willing to sponsor AIESEC projects that will be created during the action space and executed after YouthSpeak Forum. Projects should be aligned to the themes tackled in the YouthSpeak Forum.

YouthSpeak Survey, run by AIESEC, is a global insight survey created by youth for youth. It is designed to understand what young people care about and how they would like to participate in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and issues that matter to them. It is not just another survey, but a movement aimed to create awareness and generate actions.
Our mission is turn global insights into opportunities for real world impact. It means that we must engage young people and decision makers through crosssector collaboration. We seek to see progress in classrooms, workplaces and our mindsets on creating a more empowered society for positive impact.
During the YouthSpeak Forum held at the AIESEC International Conference in India, in August 2015, with participants from almost every part of the world, West Europe and North America team had time, during the event, to think about issues that matters in their region and came out with an idea of project, called InteGREAT, aimed to tackle the issue of the integration of migrants and refugees happening in their countries.
Awards & Recognitions InteGREAT project, born from a simple idea aimed to solve concrete issues in the world, became true and it started its implementation in Europe since 2016. InteGREAT won the European Charlemagne Youth Prize 2016, aimed to encourage the development of European consciousness among young people, as well as their participation in European integration projects.

YouthSpeak Forum Concept YouthSpeak Forum is an event that takes place in multiple locations around the world; bringing top young leaders together with business leaders, thought leaders, and experts for a conversation around pressing global issues with the aim to generate new, but most importantly, actionable ideas that will impact the world and its future. We make this happen by taking our participants through the unique and interactive framework of Inspire, Engage, Act.
INSPIRE
ENGAGE
ACT
Top business and thought leaders from around the world are invited to share their knowledge with the delegates about the chosen forum theme. This section of the day is delivered through short and powerful talks and aims to inspire delegates and help to form their opinions for the rest of the day. Our partner organizations engage with the youth delegates to give new perspectives on issues relating to the forum theme through workshops, conversations and idea generation spaces. Youth and business are able to interact, exchange opinions and understand what is being done in the world already to address the question of the day. The youth delegates take their learning and insights from the day into a space where they are able to co-create ideas and solutions with their peers and experts in the room. The aim is to switch their ideas into actions that each stakeholder can take forward to contribute to the theme of the day, resulting in commitments and projects that organizations and stakeholders can support.
Theme Topic of the Belgian YouthSpeak Forum will be the SDG number 4 “Quality Education” and the SDG number 9 “Industry, innovation and infrastructure”.

Recommendations From Partners “What is important for youth” "At PwC, we employ a great number of young people in our network. In order to make sure that they bring added value to our clients and help fulfil our purpose in society, we want to understand what keeps them motivated, happy and interested in their job. That’s why AIESEC, as a global youth network, helps us capture what is important for youth and how they see the future and informs us about what young people expect from big companies like PwC. This year, we significantly increased our focus in getting to know young people better and giving them the opportunity to contribute to a bigger
purpose. PwC was a sponsor of the YouthSpeak survey and forum, a highly successful AIESEC initiative that targeted millennials and provided all of us with great insight on their preferences and expectations for experiential learning, global opportunities and
