By fulfilling a challenging job description in an alien working environment, the trainee becomes solution oriented.

By solving company issue and interacting with locals, the trainee begins to understand the culture and business norms thus making him/her a world citizen.

AIESEC Support We recommend that intern will receive a net salary of at least 1,200â‚Ź each month. This is the most used way for our partners.
Provide all the necessary information to arrange any document required.
Guarantee that the job executed by the intern corresponds with the Job Description submitted.
Trainee Pick-up in the city of arrival and accompaniment to the residence process in the city hall.
Provide Work permit exemption if needed.
Track that the intern has a valid insurance policy to cover basic medical attention.
Provide leadership development trainings during the experience aiming to develop new skills.
Support the intern getting an appropriate accommodation.
Provide information regarding the country, habits, and culture.
* BIO Contract allows you to save taxes.
â‚Ź 2,000.00 *For one year. It covers all service AIESEC provides, from beginning to end of the contract.
AIESEC in Belgium has a Work Permit Exemption, which is a document from the government stating that for all interns working under the name of AIESEC for a period of time not exceeding 12 months, do not need to issue the regulatory Work Permit. After the final hiring decision, intern can start working within two months

Business Need: AIESEC sourced talent is the strategic resource in key business processes. Eg: Marketing, Sales and Innovation. Long term leadership recruitment aimed to develop and retain top leadership talents. Leverage on specific skills and competencies acquired by AIESEC talent (Leadership soft skills, engineering specific skills and entrepreneurial outlook/globally minded) with a clearly defined sourcing strategy to grow the business in specific focus regions.
Outcomes: Long term leadership recruitment strategy worked really well since the beginning of the partnership.
