I have found the AIESEC recruitment process to be efficient and very professional. AIESEC In Belgium delivered excellent client service, being always available to discuss our needs and understand our requirements. The quality of candidates proposed to us was found to be of the highest standards to the greatest appreciation of myself and my line management...I have since recommended two other departments within our firm to use AIESEC for the recruitment of interns which is a testimony of my appreciation of the service I have received.

For this term the focuses for the Outgoing exchange program were first to improve our process towards the needs of our customers and provide and product with quality, and second to positionate our program across our stakeholders as the first choice to go abroad. In the Global Internship Program we developed Exchange products according the Supply and Demand that our Network has, as a result we offered to our customers defined exchange programs according their profiles with selected destinations. This approach allowed us to increase our recruitment processes based on profiles in a 27%, scale up our operations to have a growth of 55% in realizations and have a better understanding of our market Our main purpose for the Global Community Development Program was to create more awareness of it in order to capitalize our summer peak and the opportunities that this period has to offer to our market. Based on strategies of country partners and showcasing the value of a volunteer experience we had a growth of 38% in our recruitment for summer peak which lead us to close our term with 79 realizations and leave a pipeline of more than 50 students ready to go for their exchange after exams.

The GO BRAND For the first time, AIESEC in Belgium developed a brand for the exchange programs under the name: GO!. The purpose of this brand was to give a fresh look to our programmes and have a catchy name to attract our market. With GO! We had the advantage to adapt the brand towards our two programs, Global Internship Program and Global Community Program under Go Pro and Go Taiwan! For example. CAMPUS RECRUITMENT The Campus Recruitment experience provided by AIESEC helps every year thousands of students to connect and network with Belgian companies, directly on their campus grounds. Open to all students, the fairs are the place to find your graduate management program or your first employment in some of Belgium top employers. Despite the economical situation affecting severely some of our main customers industries (such as Banking and Insurance), and a number of companies attending in slight decrease, the number of students attending the fair increased significantly this year.

AIESEC CAMPUS RECRUITMENT REPORT Dear Partner,
We have now closed the year 2012-2013 for the AIESEC Campus Recruitment Experience (Job Days / Job Fairs), and would like to share with you our impressions on this year’s edition, as well as receive your own feedback. Overall we are quite satisied with the events this year, and we hope that you were able to ind the right proiles for your company. We kindly remind you that, should there be any specific profile you have not been able to fill during the year, our customized Global Talent Sourcing program is open to you, and can help you fill internships, junior positions or graduate programs that still have vacancies.
JOB FAIRS T HIS YEAR ’ S PRIORITY : S TUDENTS ATTENDANCE Based on your previous feedback, we made students attendance to the Fairs, the utmost priority for this year. We relied more heavily than ever on our close presence on our different campuses to promote directly to the students, by word of mouth, classroom speeches, posters and lyers, in order to make sure that every student of the targeted faculties knew when and where the Fair would happen.

Only one Fair had a disappointing number of attendants, in KULeuven, mainly due to a poor communication of schedules at the university, resulting in 3 fairs happening on the same day. We are putting everything in place to ensure that this will not happen again and that the number of attendees will be satisfactory this year. JOB DAYS / WORKSHOPS We received very positive feedback from the students as to the new format of the Job Days (i.e. workshops instead of company presentations). Among the feedback was mostly recurrent the fact that workshops are bringing something to the students attending, showing what the company are really expecting/doing (mostly for the workshops under the form of business cases or simulations), and a privileged place to interact with company representatives.
AMONG THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PRODUCT, THERE WILL NO LONGER BE WORKSHOPS DURING THE JOB FAIRS
THEMSELVES, AS THIS TENDS TO HURT ATTENDANCE TO BOTH EVENTS, AND IS DIFFICULT TO MANAGE IN TERMS OF
