Global Entrepreneur Program Global Entrepreneur is AIESEC’s new talent sourcing product for your venture, where our young talents bring added value though their entrepreneurial spirit and with this one of the best ways in which we bring values-based leadership to the world. The program brings in youth leadership, innovation, global perspectives, and functional expertise to provide organizations with a competitive edge when it comes to talent and leadership pipeline. It involves 6-12 weeks non-paid placements.

Centralize your entry-level global hiring strategy
How does it work? 1. Identify your ideal profile 2. Provide a challenging job description 3. Run and support selection process and make the final hiring decision 4. We take care of VISA and arrival. The intern works under an internship agreement between with his/her university and the startup. What needs to be covered: • •

For our service we ask a one time fee of 800 euro. It covers all service AIESEC provides, from the beginning to the end of the contract.
