Advise in the preparation of the job profile. Promote the job description in our global database.

WHAT WE WILL DO

Targeted Advertising suitable candidates. Examination of the application documents, matching with the job profile and pre-selection. Support of interns visa and work permit. Apartment search and pick up from the airport / train station. Support the trainee with authorities, purchasing a transportation ticket,opening a bank account, etc. Cultural and social integration (cultural events, integration into the local network interns).


EDUCATION The program for Global Talents Education offers the opportunity to make your business even more multicultural with access to young professionals of diverse nationalities and academic profiles enables innovation outside the classroom, such as cultural activities, new forms of communication for the company or even the monitoring of students.

The intern will be responsible for the internal communication of the school and social networks feeding. The trainee will participate on campaigns and events to promote our school.

The trainee will create and facilitate workshops for our students, with the purpose of developing their English language fluency and getting to know the culture of the English speaking world. The trainee will contribute with our employees in enhancing the spirit of leadership, team work, motivation and proactiveness. S/he will also set strategies to increase the involvement of our students with the school’s activities. In summary, the trainee will implement in the school the dynamism, the character and the proactiveness that AIESEC aims to inspire in its members.

THE PROCESS CONTRACT Agreement between both your company and AIESEC.

NEEDS IDENTIFICATION Your company specifies the desired candidate profile and the duration of internship.

TIMELINE We collaborate to establish the timeline that fits your needs.

CANDIDATE PROFILING We help generate a job description and recruit all candidates.

PROMOTION (2 WEEKS) We administer promotional campaigns through our worldwide network.

PRE-SCREENING (2 DAYS) Short-Lists are made of best candidates of all applicants.

COMPANY INTERVIEW (1 WEEK) We forward the short-list to the company for internal interviews.

VISA/WORK PERMIT & RESIDENCY PERMIT (2 WEEKS) We provide the necessary paperwork for all sides, file it accordingly, and walk the trainee through visa acquisition process.

ACCULTURATION This includes airport pick-up, pre-arrival education, setting up banking, help with housing, commuting and social network.


RECEPTION ACTIVITIES CULTURAL PREPARATION With the diverse backgrounds of our trainees, it is very understandable that there would be the first moments of culture shock in the hosting country. In order to minimize this and prevent having an adverse effect on the trainee’s experience, we would carry out cultural preparatory activities prior to departure from the home country.

CULTURAL INTEGRATION Upon arrival, we would maintain communication and interactions with the trainee to ensure they are socially integrated into the norms and cultures of the hosting country.

AIRPORT PICKUP

VISA SUPPORT We would provide the trainee with the required documents to facilitate visa acquisition. The home AIESEC entity of the of the trainee would also provide necessary assistance to support this process

The trainees first interaction with the hosting country would be our cheerful and warm faces ready to receive the trainee into the country and provide support after arrival.

ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT Accommodation is a very basic need which needs to be met for internationals. As such, we would provide support to the trainee in order to find the most suitable accommodation to match the needs of the trainee.


LEGALITIES

WORK PERMIT EXEMPTION AIESEC in Belgium has a agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and because of that our Interns are provided with a work permit exemption. The EU Citizens in the Schengen area don't need to have a work permit in order to work in Belgium.
