Brazil | National Support and Learning for LCP's 2015 Trainings Report


Introduction These trainings aim to empower the applicants to LCP 2015 with information to be a stronger applicant and LCP, if elected. The trainings happened during two weeks in different days for only one public. All the content of the trainings are on MyAIESEC Wiki and this report shows the operational results of the trainings.


LCP Role & CSN Goal: Help the applicant to LCP to see clearly all the responsabilities of a local president, what is his/her role before his/her led and his/her office and also in the national upper council. Number of Attendees: 61 Average Score (given from feedback in a scale from 0 to 4): 3 (12 feedbacks received).

LC Context

What is My Leadership Style? Goal:.Make the applicants to LCP have a better comprenhension of his/her leadership profile, weaknesses and strenghts and how to work with it. Number of Attendees: 21 Average Score (given from feedback in a scale from 0 to 4): 4 (6 feedbacks received).

Goal: Make the applicants understand clearly the context that his/her office is in and to identify how to work and plan to achieve the growth expectation. Number of Attendees: 9 Average Score (given from feedback in a scale from 0 to 4): 4 (3 feedbacks received.


LC Context S達o Paulo Goal: Make the applicants understand clearly the context that his/her office is in and to identify how to work and plan to achieve the growth expectation.. Number of Attendees: 18 Average Score (given from feedback in a scale from 0 to 4):3.5 (4 feedbacks received).

LC Context Norte + Nordeste Goal: Make the applicants understand clearly the context that his/her office is in and to identify how to work and plan to achieve the growth expectation. Number of Attendees: 18 Average Score (given from feedback in a scale from 0 to 4): No feedback received.

LC Context Sul Goal: Make the applicants understand clearly the context that his/her office is in and to identify how to work and plan to achieve the growth expectation. Number of Attendees: 9 Average Score (given from feedback in a scale from 0 to 4):4 (2 feedbacks received).
