Be prepared, you are about to experience an unforgettable moment of your life! The purpose of this slide presentation is to giving you some information regarding the Visa that you can use to enter Indonesia. Still there would be different regulation in every country. Even the requirements to come to Indonesia might be changing every year. Do consider to contact the local embassy in your country about the Visa information. Enjoy reading this presentation. Indonesia VISA There are 2 kinds of Visa that you can use to come to Indonesia: •  Visa on Arrival •  Socio Culture Visa


Visa on Arrival •  Visa on Arrival (VoA) is a visa that you could apply once you arrive in Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Jakarta •  There are 64 countries that could applied for Visa on Arrival •  The maximum stays permitted for VoA is 30 days. And it can be Extended for another 30 days. Once you leave Indonesia, the visa can’t be used anymore.


Visa on Arrival The Countries that could apply for VoA


Visa on Arrival The requirement for Visa on Arrival are: •  Minimum 6 month valid passport •  Return flight ticket

And the Fee you need to pay for Visa on Arrival is: •  US$ 25 for Visa on Arrival •  IDR 250.000 (around US$ 25) For extension in immigration office in Jakarta


Extension of Visa on Arrival To Extend your Visa on Arrival, the requirements are: •  First page copy of your passport •  VoA page copy of your passport •  Copy of the sponsor’s ID •  Filled application form •  Sponsorship Letter with legal stamp •  IDR 250.000 for the visa fee and IDR 10.000 for the sponsorship letter

Please give all of the requirements to your EP Manager / Local AIESECers. They will help you to extend it in the immigration office in Jakarta. It takes 5 days to extend your visa.


Be aware of the visa’s expired date. If you late to extend the visa, you need to pay for 500.000 per day.


Socio Culture Visa •  AIESEC GCDP EP can apply for A single entry Social-Cultural Visa as it is granted for those who will conduct social-cultural activities in Indonesia for a duration of up to 60 days. •  This visa is extendable up to 2 times. The visa expired once you leave Indonesia.


Socio Culture Visa The requirements to apply socio culture visa are: •  At least 6 month valid passport •  Invitation letter from host AIESEC •  Return flight ticket •  4x6 colored photo size Please contact the Indonesian embassy in your country to know more about the requirements as the regulation in every country might be different.


Socio Culture Visa The fee for Socio Culture Visa is different in every country, as the currency affect the visa fee. So do remember to contact the Indonesian Embassy in your country to know more about the visa.


Please remember to fulfill the requirements with valid documents. Also, contact the host AIESECers if you faced any trouble.


Arrival and Departure Card

In your flight to Indonesia, you’re going to receive the arrival and departure card. You can also get this in the airport. Don’t lose it as it will be your ticket through the immigration once you leave Indonesia.
