“Oh, Indonesia Top 6 Entity Globally, wow” – this was my reaction once I checked ranking of the entity before my application process to the MC Indonesia. To be honest I didn`t know much about Indonesia as AIESEC Entity before. Coming to the country and starting working with my MC team and iGCDP function I was quite surprised to see that meanwhile being a Top iGCDP contributor the members all time mention driving quality, not numbers: Why you might still don`t hear about AIESEC Indonesia before? People from this country are not used to showcase themselves, usually they do so much, but never share it with others. Yes, this might be not our strength, but believe me, we do our best to deliver the greatest experience to our members.
“Mainly, because we want to be the best case practice in delivering the experience for young people to explore Indonesia” Out team stand of MC Indonesia 13-14 is: to be the best case practice and by this application we want to share with the world our initiatives, achievements that might help other entities to deliver bright experiences.

This program encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through working in Indonesia for social and community development with organizations or in projects that lead to self- development and skill enhancement for the member from abroad undertaking the program. AIESEC Indonesia is the Top 6 iGCDP, constantly show growth and provide more and more experiences for young people (35% Re growth for the 2013-14):
