SOCIO-CULTURE VISA INFORMATION SOCIO-CULTURE VISA This visa is issued by the Indonesian Embassy to applicants who are going to Indonesia for a socio-cultural visit, such as visiting relatives/friends; social organization; exchange visits between educational institutions; undertaking research and attending training program in Indonesia. (it available for single or Multiple entries visa)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WHICH SHOULD BE SUBMITTED: 1. Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia). 2. One completed visa application form. 3. One colored passport size photograph. 4. Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover the cost of applicant’s intended stay in Indonesia. 5. Evidence of obligation in the applicant’s country of permanent residence (e.g. a letter from employer/ college/ school, certifying the applicant’s intention to return after the visit to Indonesia) – in this case, EP AN, TN AN, Invitation Letter. 6. Applicant must have valid sponsor (in this case, AIESEC).
FAQ Q: What is Single Entry visa? A: means that you could only use the visa one time to enter Indonesia, and then the visa expired/void. The Indonesian Embassy and the Consulate Generals may issue a Single Entry Visa for up to 60 days visit. (The fee for single entry is US $45.00). Q: What is Multiple Entries Visa? A: means that you could use the visa to enter Indonesia several times within one year (the visa is valid for a year). However, the visitor could only stay no longer than 60 (sixty) days in Indonesia. For the Multiple Entries, the applicant's passport must be valid at least 1 year. The fee for multiple entries is US$ 100.00. Q: How many times can I extend the socio-culture visa? A: In GCDP Program you are allowed to extend visa only for 1 time (+ 30 days). Q: How much should I pay if I late to extend the visa? A: You have to pay $200 (Rp. 200.000) per day.
