Application Booklet and Questionnaire of AIESEC in Indonesia

For you who read this letter, This process is not about how ready are you to be in this position. This process is not about how good are you doing right now, or how capable are you. The question will never be “Am I good enough for this role?”. Because the truth is; you will never be good enough to apply for this, and nobody will. You will never be ready to apply, and so does everybody else. And it is okay. Because, this role is made for you to challenge your current capacity. The person, who is in, will design the journey within this role. The moment to measure whether you are good or not will can only be defined by 31st of July 2020. Thus, behind all of those days, it will be the moment where you are actually shaping yourself, challenge yourself, with thousands of young people who will believe in you. The moment where you are starting to go ahead towards success is not when you see your accomplishment. But, it is already there since you decided to step up your self further, towards uncertainty, doing something that you are passionate about. I am here writing; with all of my sincerity leading this organization for almost a year, as the current MCP, and I believe anyone deserve this position. It is the matter of will you take the trust from the people, and will you keep the trust, or not. If I need to describe this role in two words, I will say: you and the people.
