1. Easier in Matching & Selling Process MC will has responsibility to promote national project in global network and help LC to get financial / inkind support from national partners. 2. Quality maintenance & LnD National project concept will be created by MC and LC then the delivery of national project in terms of planning until reporting will be controlled by MC. MC will deliver LnD to project team to make sure the capacity of the team to run national3projects.
3. Strong Branding & Showcasing MC will be doing marketing strategy for national project to strengthen project brand in both internal and external of organization for sustainable long term plan, just like Thailand Sawadee literacy project, Russia SUNSHINE cultural understanding project, China Dare to Dream Literacy project, Ukraine World Without Border project and Slovakia EDUCATE Slovakia project.
