INTRODUCTION oGCDP AIESEC INDONESIA
AIESEC Indonesia main aim is to provide the Indonesian youth an access to intense leadership experience via global learning environment that provide them a multicultural working experience. The oGCDP program try to provide them with all of those values stated above by giving them opportunity to become International volunteer for 6 weeks, so they can enhance their skills by giving development to the community abroad. Currently AIESEC Indonesia is in the top 7 oGCDP Globally, and constantly growing from time to time, which means, more young people being engaged to experience this program (30% Growth for realization for 2013/14):
