What is AIESEC? AIESEC is a global youth-led organization striving to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential by activating leadership qualities in youth through learning and leading from practical experiences in challenging environments. AIESEC in Estonia was established in 1989. We have provided more than 700 exchange experience past 10 years. Currently we have three local committees-AIESEC in TLU (Tallinn University), AIESEC in TUT (Tallinn University of Technology) and AIESEC in Tartu (University of Tartu).
